je774 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full features of the je774 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register for a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each Player may hold only one Account on je774. Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different identifying information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.

• Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before this condition is met will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

je774 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, seasonal promotions (including Pohela Boishakh offers, Eid promotions, Victory Day specials and other Bangladesh-market seasonal events), and other incentive schemes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Players only. je774 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are held separately in your Account. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all wager calculations unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unclaimed, unused or unwagered Bonus Funds remaining in an Account after the applicable expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without further notice.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or using prohibited software to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Once a bet has been confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the Player. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including stake amount, selection, market and odds — are correct before confirming any wager.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market and event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placing the wager.
• Payout of winnings: Winnings from settled bets and completed game rounds will be credited to your Account balance promptly following settlement. je774 aims to settle sports betting markets within 30 minutes of the relevant event concluding.
• Voided bets: je774 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, data feed failure, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake amount.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players, whether in casino games (e.g., chip dumping in poker) or sports betting (e.g., coordinated arbitrage or matched betting designed to abuse promotions).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors or data feed errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and deducted from the Account balance.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of corruption in sporting events on which bets are offered on the je774 Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds in connection with any criminal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith. je774 treats chargebacks as a potential indicator of fraud and will suspend the relevant Account immediately upon receiving a chargeback notification.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to je774 at any point, including during registration, KYC verification or any communication with je774 support.
• Attempting to access the Account of any other Player without their express consent.

• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including Account closure and balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits je774's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by je774's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. je774's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

je774 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or operational concern.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
